The stay was convenient due to its

Proximity to St Mary's Hospital. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, however, the lobby felt cramped with limited seating during peak times.

Awesome experience there. Absolutely great hotel located really close to a local favorite restaurant, The Canadian Honker, and cafe and restaurant. Attractive rooms and fairly quiet with a recliner, very comfortable beds and great towels. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Excellent perfect location, near downtown.

The breakfast was incredibly nice and included. The very amiable and top-class staff upgraded us to a perfect room on lower level;))

After my almost excellent stay, I was really taken aback by the peeling paint and dirty bathroom floors. Staying on the 5th floor with a view of, oh I don't know, another wall,definitely did not make her birthday special. I also expected some sort of upgrade for enduring this. How could they let this happen?

the room was clean,, but gotta say the walls are kinda thin. loved the free cookies in the lobby and the breakfast spread was cool! super close to the hospital, made my life way easier.

The staff was very nice! They always asked about my husband's recovery, not just like another guest.

It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but given the circumstances, it was worth it.

We enjoyed ourvery comfy and tidy Queen Room with Two Queen Beds while visiting the Rochester Civic Theater. The outdoor patio was perfect for lounging with our little dog after a busy day exploring. The location is super convenient for hospital visits.

My kids wished there were more options for breakfast.

I appreciated the clean and renovated rooms, as well as the attentive staff. The hotel's location directly across from St Mary's hospital was a real blessing .

More breakfast options would enhance the experience.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was clean and comfy for our stay. The outdoor balcony was a bonus, great for soaking in some fresh air after a long day. The beds were really cozy, easy to get a good night's sleep. Just a heads up, the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from the hallway. A solid choice, especially for a family visit.

Yo, the King's Room was clean and cozy, and the hotel has a super clutch location near Tonic Juice Bar and Canadian Honker, where I snagged some good bites. Shoutout to the friendly desk clerk on Monday evening who helped me out when I needed info on breakfast.

Had to play the waiting game at check-in-nobody was at the desk while I was ready to crash. Plus, the building's street-side door wasn't card-accessible during early hours. Thank goodness the staff let me in without too much fuss!

The rooms on the lower level are clean and spacious, and the hotel is conveniently located near downtown.

Had an awesome stay for a Mayo Clinic visit with nice staff and AMAZING location near downtown. the hotel was near the "Business Center" and several good restaurants. - There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Denny's, that was only a 5-minute walk away.
